You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bet229 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
Accounts for Pakistani users display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency selected at registration is fixed and cannot be changed once the first deposit has been made.
In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations under our international gaming licence, bet229 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time at its discretion.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are derived from legitimate sources. You must not deposit funds belonging to any third party. bet229 is not responsible for any charges, fees or exchange costs applied by your payment provider.
bet229 is not responsible for transactions declined by your bank or payment provider. Some Pakistani financial institutions may block transactions to or from online gambling platforms at the issuer level — this is outside our control.

bet229 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the request is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity; (c) wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal would violate applicable AML obligations.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, and any coordinated activity with other users to artificially meet promotional conditions. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All sports betting, live betting and casino game activity on bet229 is subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, sport or game. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a wager.
A wager is accepted only when you receive a confirmation of the bet placement from the Platform. In the event of technical failure, connectivity issues or any other error prior to confirmation, the wager shall be deemed void.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the Platform's stated period, manifest pricing errors, obvious system errors, or where the market is suspended prior to the bet being confirmed.
In the case of a clearly erroneous price — where a market has been offered at odds manifestly out of line with prevailing market rates due to a technical or human error — bet229 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the stake. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per wager and may vary by sport, market and account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
bet229 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, to withhold or forfeit any associated balance and to report the matter to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be reviewed, and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the request date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
For users in Pakistan, please note that the governing law of these Terms is not Pakistani law. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that disputes will be resolved under the applicable international jurisdiction, and that your use of the Platform may carry legal risks under Pakistani domestic law for which bet229 accepts no responsibility.

Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the website or by notifying you via the email address associated with your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
